John Almany of Virginia was displeased with his $350 electric bill. So he decided to take 35,000 pennies to a Bristol Virginia Utillities billing location and hand them over in two large duffel bags with 170 pounds of pennies over to the payment office. It them took the office 2hrs to count $26 worth of pennies, before they closed and told him to come back the next day with the rest of the pennies so they could continue. Of course he felt his displeasure was exacted, so he took the rest of the pennies to a coin machine to turn them into higher denominations. Either that or he didn't feel like lugging the remaining 32,400 pennies back for them to slowly count another $26 out and then repeat everything all over again...
